DESCRIPTION:Our monthly parish dinner for July will be held on Friday\, July 17\, following the conclusion of St. Tim’s Summer Camp for 2026. We’ll have pizza\, salad\, and ice cream sandwiches. Additional food items are welcome\, but not expected or required. \nFor anyone who would like to come early\, the Guild Room will be open for board games starting at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will begin around 5:30 p.m. in the courtyard\, weather permitting\, or in Edwards Hall if needed.  If you would like to bring a 100% cotton item\, there should be tie-dye supplies left over from camp for colorful fun!

SUMMARY:Ascension Day Hike
DESCRIPTION:We will celebrate the Feast of the Ascension on Thursday\, May 14 by ascending the “mountain” at Rancho San Antonio Park! (Really\, it’s a short hike up a small hill\, less than 1 mile.) We’ll leave parking lot 1 at 5:30pm\, head up Coyote Trail\, celebrate Eucharist together\, and enjoy a bring-your-own-dinner picnic. All ages are welcome (most of it is accessible by stroller\, and there’s always help to get little ones up to our picnic spot).

This will be a whole family event focusing on supporting youth and their families. \nParents of youth 5th grade and up will bring their own lunch and meet in the guild room. \nMiddle school youth will meet in room 1 . \nHigh schoolers have their monthly lunch together. \nYounger siblings will gather for art and games in the reception area. \nWe will use the information gathered as we make plans for next year and the years to come!

SUMMARY:Holy Week for Young People
DESCRIPTION:Entering Holy Week can be challenging with young children. Particularly with the late services\, it’s often hard for our kids to really hear and wrestle with the full story of our faith this week. Join us for the Holy Week for Young People service — it’s held on Good Friday\, but tells the whole sweep of events\, from Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem\, to the Last Supper\, the crucifixion\, and the tomb. We use Godly Play\, so the story is on the kids’ level. We then have ways for them to engage\, through washing feet\, placing stones on a cross\, washing the altar\, and coloring. It helps them begin to encounter this difficult story about punishment and death in a way that gives them space to process\, to feel loved and safe\, and to know that there’s a whole community also holding these hard things together. \nFriday April 3\, 5:30pm
