A parish putting joy into action in Silicon Valley
An inclusive and affirming Episcopal church in Mountain View, where ancient liturgy meets everyday life.
SPECIAL Service Time: Easter Morning at St. Tim’s
On Easter Sunday, April 5th, we combine our worship into one single service at 10:00 a.m.
See all our Holy Week services.
This Sunday Morning at St. Tim’s
9:00 a.m. | All-Ages Service (outdoors in warmer months)
9:50 a.m. | Coffee, Nursery, Godly Play, Sermon Circle
10:30 a.m. | Nave Service (livestreamed)
10:00 a.m. | Single Service in the Nave (livestreamed)
Worship here is shaped by the Book of Common Prayer and the people who gather. Children participate. Music blends old and new. No one is expected to know what to do.
More than Sunday Morning
Faith here isn’t private. It’s practiced.
We gather for prayer journeys, shared meals, forums on the Nicene Creed, discussions about preparing well for death, youth lunches, women’s retreats, and summer camp filled with tie-dye and noise.
There are structured groups and informal spaces. Some people start with worship. Others start with dinner. Either way works.

You are welcome here
We believe that every human being is created in the image and likeness of God. In the Episcopal Church, we boldly proclaim, “God loves you – no exceptions!” You are welcome as your whole and authentic self, in God’s presence and among us at St. Tim’s. LGBTQ+ members are welcome at all levels of ministry and leadership. We gladly offer the sacramental rite of marriage (as well as the other sacraments!) to all couples, regardless of gender.
The Episcopal Church is committed to the inclusion and equality of all (for more, see a brief LGBTQ+ history in the Episcopal Church or theological and liturgical resources). Whoever you are, however you identify: God delights in you. You are loved.
Rooted in Mountain View
Located on Grant Road, our campus includes a welcoming nave, an open courtyard, native-plant gardens, a columbarium for remembrance, and gathering spaces used by community groups throughout the week.
Sacred space, shared generously.
