Climate Change is fueling disastrous weather-related events around the world, one of the latest being the wildfires in Spain and France. The cost of these events is enormous both in human suffering and financial impact. In 2022, The Episcopal Church passed Resolution GC80 A087 “Net Carbon Neutrality by 2030” setting an aggressive goal for the church. Specific actions were laid out in GC81 Resolution B002 “Build Eco-Region Creation Networks for Crucial Impact.”
Episcopalians from Province VIII (the nine western states, Navajoland and Taiwan) are gathering in Salt Lake City on September 25-27 to share resources that will enable churches to address these goals. Learn more about
