Communications & Social Media: We are actively expanding our social media presence to highlight community partnerships and parishioner engagement. Rev. Nikky is reviewing posts, and we have decided to keep comments open to encourage genuine interaction. Our website is now the main source for information, including email communication, successfully providing consistent mid-week connection points for the parish.
Invite, Welcome, Connect: A small team is collaborating on next steps for the invite, welcome connect initiative, which focuses on exploring how we as a community can engage in a process when welcoming new comers. We are planning enhanced, refreshed training for greeters, lectors, and other liturgical ministries to ensure newcomers are warmly incorporated into our community.
Children & Youth: Summer camp was a beautiful success, and we are incredibly grateful for Holly’s leadership. Grounded in Goodness Camp at St. Tims was a wonderful way to welcome young people to our campus, build community, and explore themes of identity, creation, giftedness and building a community where everyone can thrive.
Music history. Thank you for a wonderful time last Sunday looking back at St. Tim’s musical history and for the jam session with Peter and the music team!
Preschool: Jean, our new director, is onboarding wonderfully and bringing a valuable fresh perspective, particularly in updating the 2-year-old classroom.
Facilities: The resurfacing and striping of the parking lot has been completed.
